Continuing Professional Development - how does it work?
In Australasia all Full members of the DPN need to accrue 24 CPD points every 2 years.
Professional CPD points are awarded for postgraduate study that builds on the skills-base in your area(s) of registration and use as a Dru professional.
Your 24 CPD points can be made up of the following:
-
Training with Dru (minimum 12)
-
Training with other schools (max 12)
-
Self-guided study (max 6)
-
Mentoring with Dru senior trainers ( max 6)
Download the CPD guidelines and recording form to find our more and record all your CPD activities.
As they are not practising teachers or health coaches, DPN Associate members do not need to acquire CPD.
