Each day, you’ll receive a short 5–10 minute Dru Yoga practice, offering a daily sanctuary amid the holiday rush. Over 12 days, you’ll be gently guided through Dru Yoga’s signature Earth Sequence (Prithvi Namaskara), step by step. Each session builds on the last, helping you ground your energy, release tension, reconnect with your breath, and awaken clarity and inner strength. You’ll also explore Dru’s unique “kosha experience,” discovering the five layers of your being and how they empower transformation. This journey is more than a countdown to Christmas—it’s an introduction to the deeper teachings of Dru Yoga. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a deeper connection, this program offers a glimpse into the heart of Dru Yoga Teacher Training and the power of mindful movement and meditation. By the completion of the 12 days, you’ll have built your own Earth Sequence and discovered a calm that lasts beyond the holidays.
