happy I healthy I fulfilled

What is Dru Ayurveda?

Ayurveda—meaning ’the science of long life’—is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, based on the belief that true health depends on a maintaining each individual’s unique doshic balance on all five layers of our mind, body and spirit.

Dru Ayurveda integrates this ancient wisdom with Dru’s therapeutic approach, offering a structured pathway from self-care through to professional qualification as a health coach.

Graduates of the Dru Ayurveda Health Coach Diploma  (DAHCD) who pass their final assessments and join the Dru Professional Network may (DPN) practise as Registered Dru Ayurveda Health Coaches—upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct.
