Dru Ayurveda

Integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with Dru's therapeutic approach—for a life of balance, vitality, and conscious wellbeing.

What is Dru Ayurveda?

Ayurveda—meaning "the science of life"—is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, based on the belief that true health depends on a delicate balance between mind, body, and spirit.

Dru Ayurveda integrates this ancient wisdom with Dru's therapeutic approach, offering a structured professional qualification pathway. Graduates of the Dru Ayurveda Diploma Course (DADC) who pass their final assessment and join the Dru Professional Network may practise as Registered Dru Ayurveda Health Coaches —upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct.
