Welcome to a Yoga Teacher Training course that will take you far beyond the mat.
Whether you’re here to deepen your practice, become a confident yoga teacher, or support others in their growth—this course gives you more than a diploma. It offers you the inner tools, outer skills, and community support to live with clarity, vitality and purpose.
We’ll guide you through a deeply experiential training that doesn’t just teach yoga—it helps you embody it. Many people tell us they start feeling more energised, more centred, and more in tune with their inner wisdom from the very first weekend. They’re often surprised by how the group becomes an immensely supportive like-minded community.
As your journey unfolds, this sense of inner alignment grows. And by the end of the course, you’ll be equipped to share that transformation with others—whether in a yoga class, a therapeutic space, your family, or your workplace.
Learn yoga that works with energy, not just movement
1
Dru’s flowing sequences and Energy Block Releases go beyond posture—unlocking subtle energetics that transform body, mind, and emotions.
2
Make consciousness your everyday companion
Each asana and technique is designed to awaken a state of stillness, clarity, or empowerment—and you’ll learn how to carry these states off the mat into real life.
3
Integrate wisdom and science
Dru bridges ancient yoga psychology and philosophy with modern neuroscience and physiology—giving you a training that’s both deeply spiritual and grounded in evidence.
Become a presence that inspires
4
More than a certificate, Dru training is a journey of personal transformation—helping you step into purpose, presence, and the ability to uplift others, whether or not you teach.

The Dru difference - an energetic experience
There are 4 foundational principles to Dru practice that liberates latent energy in your body:
1. Free your energy
Release blockages in the joints and spine with flowing movements that restore balance and vitality.
2. Move with softness
Keep joints relaxed so energy flows freely and both body and mind stay flexible and strong.
3. Awaken your spine
Encourage movement in every part of the spine to unlock energy and restore mobility.
4. Flow through movement
