12 Days of Calm: A Yogic Journey is a free, guided experience to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner stillness.


Each day, you’ll receive a short 5–10 minute Dru Yoga practice designed to gently unwind body, heart, and mind — a daily sanctuary amid the rush.


What You’ll Experience


Over 12 days, you’ll be guided through one of Dru Yoga’s signature sequences — The Earth Sequence (Prithvi Namaskara) — step by step.

Each day builds gently on the last, helping you:

  • Ground your energy and release tension

  • Reconnect with your breath and calm your emotions

  • Awaken clarity and inner strength

  • Rediscover peace, even in the busiest season

You’ll also experience the power of Dru's unique approach to the "kosha experience", the five layers of your being, that can empower transformation.
