About
Adelaide Yoga CPD Masterclass Workshop
with Ruth Gent, Karen Custance & Ness Curry
Join us for another Dru gathering of graduates in Adelaide
What to expect
Join Dru Yoga teacher trainers Ruth Gent, Karen Custance & Ness Curry for an inspiring and joy-filled day to explore and uncover what it means to embody the archetypal aspects of a posture. Connect more deeply with yourself and with other SA Yoga graduates as we do a deep dive into doable back bends and discover the secrets of the Warrior Series of postures. Graduates from other traditions are welcome so bring a friend along.

Most of us think we know each posture, yet there is an archetypal power to discover and tap into within each posture.
Explore the importance of back bends in this masterclass workshop. We’ll take a deeper, more personal look at the Camel and the Bow exploring how small shifts in breath, awareness, and alignment can completely change how the pose feels. If you thought these postures were too strong for your class - think again! We explore the easing into and accessibility of both these postures.
Together, we’ll move beyond the usual cues and uncover a version of Camel and Bow that feels more spacious, steady and effortless, turning a familiar posture into a truly nourishing and revitalising experience.
Once we find ease in a posture we can then shift our focus to the inherent power of the archetype embodied within the posture. Join us for an exploration of history and story to unlock this power.

Ever wondered why Dru numbers Warrior 1 & 2 opposite to other traditions?
Find out by moving through the archetypal story from Warrior 1 through to Warrior 3!! There are deeper mysteries to unfold and experience! Join us for an "aha" moment.
