2pm: Join Vanessa Curry, the first Australasian graduate of the UK Yoga Nidra course, to experience the calm of Yoga Nidra.
2.30 - 3PM: Session facilitated by one of the Dru team aimed at deepening relationships among teachers in our Dru network, and nurturing you, our community of DPN members from around New Zealand and Australia.
