In this masterclass, we’ll take a deeper, more personal look at Adho Mukha Svanasana, exploring how small shifts in breath, awareness, and alignment can completely change how the pose feels.

Together, we’ll move beyond the usual cues and uncover a version of Dog Pose that feels more spacious, steady and effortless, turning a familiar posture into a truly nourishing and revitalising experience.
