Since my early 20s I’ve passionately explored different yoga styles, continually evolving my daily practice.
In 1997, a life-changing event tested my resilience when I was crushed under a falling tree. Refusing to accept the limited prognosis given by experts, I embarked on a transformative journey of healing.
Drawing on my background as a Biology and Chemistry teacher, I delved into Remedial Massage and Craniosacral Therapies, which played a pivotal role in my recovery.
During this journey I discovered Dru Yoga, which profoundly shifted my healing and growth.
Dru’s authentic, heart-based, community inclusive approach empowered me to transcend my limitations and embrace life with renewed vitality.
As a facilitator of Leadership and Management courses I also delighted in weaving mindfulness & wellbeing into corporate training.
In 2009, I realized my true passion and purpose when I became a Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainer. I feel incredibly honoured to have guided hundreds of graduates who now ripple well-being into their communities.
As a Yoga Therapist, I especially enjoy working with Yoga Teachers to deepen their skills—both technical and subtle—to enhance their impact on others. Together, we explore the rich, multilayered dimensions of being, creating a transformative journey for both teacher and student.
