These boxes are called repeaters, they help to easily format repeated content, like we have for the events & products, the layout of them is repeated, so if you change the position and size of this text box it will do the same for the others. It will automatically adjust the size of the text. However, the text is also set to be a minimum of 16.
A good way to layout if you want to highlight some key points
