Our health and wellbeing purpose
Dru Australasia exists to support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities through accessible education in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and practical self-care.
Our programmes help people build resilience, manage stress, support mental and physical wellbeing and develop sustainable habits for everyday life.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest our resources into education, community programmes, teacher development and making Dru practices more accessible across Australia and New Zealand.
