This 'Age Well' course is for anyone seeking to actively enhance their journey through life? 


The 40 day course provides simple, easy to apply, measurable solutions for ageing well no matter what your physical age, whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced yoga practitioner. Together we will explore options that will help us to gain and maintain physical strength and flexibility, support optimal digestion and gut health, sharpen and focus your mind and integrate new healthier habits. 


Dru Graduates, we invite you to collaborate with us to empower your students, elevate their well-being and strengthen your local Dru community. Share your wisdom and experience, by inviting your students to join us on this enriching and transformative 40 day course experience. Guide them on their personal journeys and witness the transformative power of Dru firsthand. We will support you in this process.

Course Content:   

· Movement 

We will explore specific movements to increase muscle tone and maintain general flexibility and mobility. We will suggest ways to use movement to build a stronger body, increase our energy levels and benefit from having better coordination and proprioception.  


· Brain health and cognitive support 

We will delve into practices that could help improve our memory and nourish our brain. We will explore the critical connection between sleep and brain health that has the potential to bring more mental clarity and enhanced cognitive function. 


· Gut health, nutrition and digestion

The guts microbiome is now scientifically recognised as a key area to maintain for the health of the mind and body. Discover the best foods to support your gut health and metabolism.  


· Techniques for relaxation and mental quieting

We will look at how we can use techniques and practices to manage stress  and support a balanced and relaxed state. We will learn how we can reboot our nervous system by developing lasting positive cellular changes.


Course Structure:   

40 day online course running from 29 June - 10th August 2025

  • 21 days of short (15-20min) pre-recorded sessions with our Dru UK wellness experts:  Access to these resources is given through the Dru Learning Hub. 
  • 3  fortnightly Small Group Tutorials with our Australasian wellness team to aid the integration practices
  • 5  Live Sessions with our Dru Australasia senior ayurveda and yoga therapy tutors on each Sunday, dates listed here :-

                   10th August (Conclusion)

  • Dru Learning Hub resource access for at least 12 months, so you can revisit the material as many times as you wish. Comprehensive downloadable handouts and some Mp3 recordings will be available.
