Ageing well is not just about living longer, it’s also about living well with joy.  With the right guidance for your personal health, you will gain more time with friends and family, to travel and fully enjoy the life you have.



Course structure  

40 days to create empowering new habits to support you to age well with joy and dynamism, 29 June to 10th August

5 live sessions with our Dru Australasia senior ayurveda tutors, Sundays 29 June, 6 & 20 July, 4 & 10 Aug 

21 days (3 x 7 days) of short (15-20min) practice sessions with our Dru UK wellness experts 

5 live sessions with our Dru Australasia senior ayurveda and yoga therapy tutors5 live sessions with our Dru Australasia senior ayurveda and yoga therapy tutors

Catch-up and integration time—between each week of practice sessions, take the time you need to integrate your practices and connect in with small group tutorials before adding the next week’s set of practices

3 x 1 hour integration tutorials with our wellness team



Your Age well programme includes:

Movement to flex, strengthen and stabilise

As we age, we may stay pain frree if we maintain flexibility and mobility in the joints. A general muscle toning and strengthening process is now recognised as essential, especially as we mature. Stability and balance of the body are crucial for better coordination and proprioception. We’ll explore specific movements for each of these areas to help create an overall stronger body and increase your energy levels.


Practices to enhance your brain health and elevate your sleep

With an increase in mental health issues and the prevalence of dementia and Alzheimer’s, keeping our brain sharp is essential. Let’s get ahead of the game and prevent future issues. In addition to practices to nourish the brain and improve your memory, we will also explore the critical connection between sleep and brain health, learning how to improve the quality of sleep for enhanced memory and mental clarity.


Wisdom to improve your gut health and metabolism

The microbiome is now recognised as a key area to maintain for the health of the mind and body. Discover the best foods to support your gut health and improve digestive issues like indigestion, bloating and sluggish bowels. Establish effective ways to increase your digestive fire helping you to absorb your food and convert it into the fuel you need to keep going all day long.


Relaxation—the secret superpower for longevity

We live in a busy world with various stressors, including family care, financial concerns, and work-life balance. Relaxation plays a key role in shifting your body from fight or flight mode to initiating the rest and digest parasympathetic nervous system response. We’ll give you techniques and practices to support a balanced state that allows your natural healing system to reboot and develop lasting positive cellular changes.


Program details

The program consists of daily prerecorded practices and weekly live 1 hour sessions. 

You will have access to materials on the Dru Learning Hub as well as a downlaodable or digital habit tracker.
