The Dru Ayurveda autumn cleanse is for you if you are feeling:

  • signs of digestive discomfort—bloating, wind, constipation, heartburn, acid reflux, diarrhea  or constipation
  • mild fatigue
  • lack of mental clarity
  • irregular or impaired appetite
  • heavy or sluggish
  • generalised aches and pains, stiff joints
  • inflammation 
  • signs of lymphatic congestion, water retention or sinus congestion

We recommend that you immerse yourself in the full cleanse program. 

Treat cleanse week like a retreat! 

Plan ahead to make sure you have as much clear time as possible. 

Many people take a few days off work to make the most of the cleanse experience.


Part 1 PREPARATION WEEK

16–23nd March 2025

Key Ayurvedic principles, and all you need to get ready for the cleanse program

Available as a pre-record if you’re not able to attend live.

Once you register for the cleanse and log into the Dru Learning Hub you will have unlimited access to all the resources you need for a successful cleanse—shopping lists, recipes, cook-along videos, the 5 or 7 day menu, dinacharya daily lifestyle and yoga program. 

Use preparation week to watch the videos, buy your ingredients, practise making the kitcheri and the condiments. Prepare well!


Part 2 CLEANSE WEEK

24–28 or 30th March 2025

1-hr nightly live Zoom check-ins with your tutors and other participants

You are not doing this on your own!

If you are unable to attend the nightly live check-ins, you may email your questions ahead of time to ayurveda@dru.com.au, or post to our ‘Autumn cleanse 2025 WhatsApp group’. We add you to this WhatsApp once you give us permission in the pre-cleanse health form.

Nightly check-in times alternate to accommodate the 5 hr time differences from Western Australia to Aotearoa. 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7.30 pm (AEST), 4.30pm WA, 9.30pm NZ 

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 6pm (AEST), 3pm WA, 8pm NZ

  • daily yoga and pranayama program to fuel your digestive fire, unwind your nervous system, quieten the mind, de-stagnate the lymph and enhance the purifying benefits of the cleanse
  • on-going WhatsApp forum and connection with our thriving Dru Ayurveda Australasian community
  • 3 CPD points for DPN members

Welcome emails

After you register you’ll receive a booking confirmation email. 

Please follow the link in that email to complete the pre-cleanse health questionnaire online and submit.

You’ll then receive an email from Dru training with your access links to log in to the Dru Learning Hub with unlimited access to all cleanse resources and support material.

It is important to complete the online health questionnaire before you start the program. 

Please note that by booking in for this Ayurveda cleanse program you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.

The instructions and advice presented by the Dru Ayurveda team for the equinox cleanses are in no way intended as medical advice or as a substitute for medical counselling. 

You may schedule a private consult with either Mouli or Greg, who will tailor a full Ayurvedic health plan to meet your individual needs following the cleanse.

Cancellations

Participants who withdraw or cancel after they have registered for the cleanse may transfer their payment to the next upcoming cleanse, or to the purchase of Dru products.
