You can discover how to move with awareness and totally reset your day in our upcoming workshop on the shores of the beautiful Narrabeen Lagoon. 


Explore Breathwork.  Did you know your breathing is as unique as your fingerprint?  Learn to befriend and get to know your breath. Release concerns and tension around breathwork and find out how you can use breathwork to reset and manage your nervous system. 


Enjoy some simple but deeply nourishing movements and then go deeper into some more specific movements for breathing. Be guided in  breath work and then experience a deep nurturing relaxation with a focus on relaxed breathing.

This workshop is set in tranquil grounds close to the ocean. The venue is clean, modern and spacious. While you're here why not take the opportunity to stroll the lake, or enjoy the sea at your doorstep?


Some extra info for the day:

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start so we can start on time.

You are advised to wear loose comfortable clothing.

Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, a keep cup, notepad and pen.
